It was back in 2003, with a winning attitude and lots of determination, that I started as a representative for ALBI. One step at a time, one challenge after another ... here I am, 15 years later in charge of 8 dealers ALBI le Géant, a smart choice when it comes to transparency and integrity.

In the process of buying a car in the summer of 2012, I fell in love with the company and the people that I met. So much that I decided to apply for a job there. A couple of days later, I was hired as a service attendant. My hard work had been awarded with a new job as a technical advisor which I occupied for the last 4 years. Today, I’m working as a mechanical workshop controller where there's a lot of exciting challenges. I am very grateful for the opportunity I was given to grow at ALBI.

It was back in 2009 that I became part of the beautiful ALBI le Géant family, after several years in the restaurant business. I had no experience with cars, but ALBI had confidence in my abilities and today I am proud to be where I am! I started at the reception and then worked in several other departments that all brought me their share of learning and confidence to be able to assume the role of administrative assistant to the financial directors. ALBI knows how to recognize dynamic and involved people who want to evolve within the company, which gives us the opportunity to advance in our career aspirations! Respect, dynamism and recognition are beautiful values that describe the company and this is why next year, I will celebrate my 10 years among the team!

It was in spring 2011 that a new job would become the beginning of a new career. Hired as a hostess to welcome our sales guests, it was during the following year that I became interested in a new challenge. I was then offered a very different job as a technical adviser. With the support of my colleagues, I added new strings to me bow. I then became a trainer in the group and I am now the general director for the customer experience. Customer service has always been a priority to me and at ALBI le Géant, I am allowed to grow and learn from my passion.
