It was back in 2003, with a winning attitude and lots of determination, that I started as a representative for ALBI. One step at a time, one challenge after another ... here I am, 15 years later in charge of 8 dealers ALBI le Géant, a smart choice when it comes to transparency and integrity.

I’ve been part of the ALBI team since 2013, initially hired as a clerk in the after-sales service department. Following a conversation with the director of the IT department, I was given the opportunity to join that team. It was the department I had hoped to work in, given that I had completed my vocational diploma in the same field. I have now held a key position within the IT support department for several years as a senior technician.

My journey began in 2017, when a friend strongly recommended Groupe ALBI to me. I put my skills to good use in several positions before quickly being noticed by Denis Leclerc, the president. Thanks to the trust placed in me, I had the opportunity in 2021 to become director of the aesthetics department. After holding that role for a few years, I was fortunate to be offered the position of Service Manager for our ALBI Mazda Mascouche dealership. As a woman, I am very proud to hold a management position in a predominantly male environment and to work for the Group.

In May 2021, my passion for automobiles led me to apply for a position as a detailing attendant, before quickly advancing into a vehicle preparation role. This new responsibility motivated me to push myself further, and I was entrusted with becoming a team leader, an important step in my professional journey. When the position of director of the aesthetics department became available, the company thought of me to take on this challenge. Today, this department has more than thirty employees, making it the largest dealership detailing department in Quebec. My journey at ALBI has been filled with opportunities and wonderful experiences, allowing me to grow in an environment built on teamwork, mutual support, and trust.
